Today students are engaged in different unnecessary activities. A platform for students to polish their skills and use them for society betterment became a fundamental need. For this purpose, Hazrat Soohna Sain founded RTJ in October 1975.
Today hundreds of organisations are formed for political, social, material and religious purposes. Even a few are paper organisations for propaganda just for the sake of fame.
However, the goal of RTJ is to create true love and affection for Allah Almighty and the Messenger of Allah in their member.
To sum up, it is to correct ourselves and work for the welfare of others.
RTJ develops a taste and passion for technical and scientific education with a problem-solving attitude. And anchor the morality and the spirit of recognition in a high place.

RTJ vows to develop spirituality in the arts of students so they can live a peaceful life. As Islam says, every Muslim is your Brother; RTJ create loves among students to bring them closer.
RTJ also encourage students to get higher education to stand with the modern world. Their member fulfils not only the rights of Allah but also the human rights.
In addition to this, The Rohani Talaba Jamat make the youth a virtuous Muslim through self-improvement, love of God’s creatures, purity and piety, remembrance of the heart, meditation and good companionship, and building and reforming the youth.
In addition to it, RTJ is also working to cultivate qualities such as spirituality and honesty, trustworthiness, unity, selflessness, sincerity of intention, sense of responsibility and positive thinking.
When spiritual students come to the congregation, we know that this organisation is not our goal but the means of achieving the real goal. To be achieved through the service of Islam and the exaltation of Islam. With this aim in mind, our mentor and mentor, Hazrat Pir Allah Bakhsh alias Sohna Sai Noorullah Marqada, laid the foundation of the Rohani Talaba Jamat.
This organisation aims not to make more members or just establish more branches and issue a press statement, but to make the hearts of all the members the centre of love of Allah Almighty and make him a mystic and perfect servant of Allah Almighty. It is also necessary to make the Sunnah honest and follow it.
It is difficult, in fact, impossible, to achieve success in this organisation without creating awareness and love to achieve the goal. And it has to be done.
Is Will just burning fire satisfy a person’s hunger? Never! Burning fire is a means of baking bread, and bread alone can fulfil a person’s appetite. From this example, it is clear that the purpose is baking bread, and the burning of fire is its source.
Similarly, ablution is an example of prayer, the real purpose is to acquire the ability to perform prayers with ablution, and ablution is the means to achieve the real purpose.
It is a fact that the youth of any nation plays the most important role in making it better and worse. The condition of the Muslim student today is that he is fond of Western civilisation. His dress, character, affair, speech is all Westernized. He has strange doubts in his mind about Islam.
Today the student is a Muslim by name. His character had nothing to do with the golden principles of his religion. Our flawed educational system has produced many ghazis of speech, but it has failed to produce ghazis of character from the very beginning.
The condition of students is that those who take the name of Islam and deny Islam are using them as a weapon. Today, the student is far from the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet. The Sunnah addresses those who follow the Prophet as fundamentalists.
With this in mind, our mentor Hazrat Sohna Sain Noorullah laid the Rohani Talaba Jamat foundation.
After our Murshid Sohna Sain, The Rohani Talaba Jammat received the patronage of Hazrat Allama Maulana Khawaja Muhammad Tahir Bakhshi Ghaffari Naqshbandi. Every action of your life is based on the service of humanity and the same law.
At the same time, you are concerned about reforming the youth. That is why you want to make every young person of today a capable, educated, important and responsible member of society and always encourage the youth. It shows that group spiritual students play an essential role in our religion and this world, and the hereafter.
